Yes, I was born and raised here, but that also means so much more than just location and history. It means I've had the opportunity to live in, and understand our communities, being immersed in them; the people, events, schools, facilities, lakes, trails and all the great features the area has to offer. I moved to Toronto for University and spent 10 years there and another year in British Columbia; but when it came time to raise a family, we knew it was Peterborough that we wanted to call home.
My approach is not based on gimmicks or just the expected. I am dedicated and loyal...but you need more than a statement. I'm no different from you; family, friends, schedules, commitment, work and responsibilities. I understand that not everyone's schedules, commitments and abilities are the same; so when it comes time to sell or buy with me, it's about helping you achieve your Real Estate goal.
